Computer Animation 3 – Sit to Stand

Some of the feedback that I recieved was that the arms needed more settling, and needed to push off of the legs instead of being left behind and clipping through the legs. This is true since I had a lot of trouble with the FK/IK switch in the hands. It was also said that I should add some anticipation. I agreed with this and added a bit of anticipation in the finger wiggle before the character stands up. Other comments were that the eye controller needed to move with the body and that the torso’s movement should accelerate when pushing off of the chair, which I agree with. Someone also suggested that there should be more movement in the fingeres and wrists throughout the animation, which I didn’t think of.
